So everybody put your best suit or dress on
Let's make believe that we are wealthy for just this once
Lighting firecrackers off on the front lawn
As thirty dialogs bleed into one
I wish the world was flat like the old days
Then i could travel just by folding a map
No more airplanes, or speed trains, or freeways
There'd be no distance that could hold us back.

Jeff and Kaila were married on one of my favorite nights of the year: New Year's Eve. There is such a feeling of newness, beginning again, and celebration in the air. It's just an absolutely PERFECT day for a wedding. I was fortunate enough to do a NYE wedding last year as well and I hope I get to continue the tradition. I really enjoy them.
The ceremony was held at beautiful OLA (Our Lady of the Assumption) church in Beloit. It was then a quick run to the cars through the bitter cold and a short drive over to the Beloit Inn for the reception. There Jeff and Kaila served guests a bevy of desserts and partied until 2010 with their friends and family.
I wish you a fabulous 2010 and many happy married years ahead, Jeff and Kaila.
Enjoy your sneak peek!
Look up so you don't cry!
Kaila caught getting ready to walk down the aisle.
Kaila's mom watching the Father/Daughter dance. Just LOVE this picture.
Isn't that just the best face in the world?
