You Say Its Your Birthday | Beloit Family Photographer

I've known Kami's family for some time, so when she contacted me to capture her little girl Nolia's first birthday, I was all for it!

The party was held at the Moore Pavilion at Riverside Park in Beloit. It was a little brisk for an early fall day, but the sun showed its face enough to make for a nice, outdoor get-together.

This was my second shoot of the day and my fourth "event" for the weekend, so it was a nice way to round things out doing a bit of shooting for people I've "shot" before. We made some time for some impromptu portraits in the nice late day sun, which included ducks and Nolia picking up a dead garter snake. Awesomely gross. The girl has no fear : )

Nolia hung in there like a trooper, even finding time for smooshy cake eating and bit of fun with cousins and friends.
